About ICSB-NV at Camino Al Norte Animal Hospital
Preserving Your Legacy. Enhancing Canine Reproduction.
ICSB-NV (International Canine Semen Bank of Nevada) is proud to be the first and only canine semen bank in the state, originally founded in 1999 by Dr. Dennis Arn in partnership with the International Canine Semen Bank. For over 25 years, ICSB-NV has provided trusted reproductive services to breeders across Nevada and beyond.
In 2025, ICSB-NV transitioned to new ownership under Dr. Jessica Hagstette at Camino Al Norte Animal Hospital. A passionate breeder of AKC Golden Retrievers, Dr. Hagstette brings hands-on experience and cutting-edge knowledge in ovulation timing, insemination techniques, and advanced reproductive care—mentored by Dr. Arn himself. Longtime assistant Terry Stackhouse, LVT, remains on the team to ensure seamless continuity and expert care.
